The detached villa has its own private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and is only a 150 METERS WALK TO THE NEAREST BEACH. This villa is available for FAMILIES ONLY.
The villa is located in a tranquil part of Gandia, which is perfect for families to holiday within. This villa has extensive terracing, gardens and secure gated entrance with private parking. There is also plenty of extra, free of charge parking in the quiet streets close to the villa.
There are 2 separate self contained apartments located within the villa, making this the perfect place for 2 families to share, giving each family their own facilities and independent apartment.
The self contained apartment on the ground floor has 2 double bedrooms (one bedroom contains a double bed and the other bedroom has twin, single beds) along with a lounge, kitchen/diner and bathroom with full size bathtub, separate shower, WC, hand basin and washing machine.
The other self contained apartment within the villa is located on the first floor and has 2 double bedrooms (both containing a double bed) a single bedroom , kitchen, lounge diner, and bathroom.
The apartments can be rented separately if required, except in July and August, when the whole villa needs to be hired (both apartments).
The Villa is bordered by a park area, has fantastic mountain views and is located in a relaxing area of Gandia only 150 metres walk to one of Gandia’s quieter, natural, sand dune backed beaches and just a 15 min walk (5 min drive) to the Gandia Marina/Playa De Gandia beach (award winning blue flag beach), with it’s large selection of cafe’s restaurants and shops. My villa is just a 5 min drive to the main shopping centre of Gandia with it’s historic Old Town, wonderful designer shops and the beautiful Borja Palace.
There is also a weekly market in Gandia on Saturdays selling everything from fresh produce to clothing.
Trains run regularly from Gandia to Valencia (at least 2 per hour during the day with more frequency offered in rush hour) so with fares at approx. 5 euros each, the Valencia City of Arts and it’s historic old town with amazing architecture and designer shopping district are all within easy reach of my villa.
A new ferry service now offers sailings to both Ibiza (takes approx. 4 hours) and Palma De Mallorca (approx. 8 hours) running from Gandia Port (just 12 minutes walk from my villa) enabling Balearic Island exploration easy from my villa.
The villa has a barbecue area within its sunny garden and is full of traditional Spanish charm.
Prices for use of the whole villa (both apartments)
January / February – £430 per week
March / April – £480 per week
May – £570 per week
June – £680 per week
July / August – During the months of July & August the whole villa (both apartments – apartment on the first floor and apartment on the ground floor) needs to be booked by one family group (the apartments can not be hired separately during July/August). The cost to hire the whole villa (both apartments) is £1150 per week
September / October £680 per week
November to December 17 – £480 per week
Xmas & New Year (Dec 18 – Jan 2) – £890 per week
On top of the above rental rate a £110 departure cleaning and laundry fee is charged (this includes the departure cleaning and laundry for both apartments located in the villa, so each apartment is charged at £55).
The villa is ideally suited to families or groups of adults over 40 years of age, as the surrounding area is tranquil (NO parties or events are permitted to take place at the villa). All clients holidaying at the villa must have their own travel insurance.
